Meat Salad

Ingredients
  Veal 1 Pound, cubed
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Peas 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 1⁄3 Can (3.33 oz)
  Green pepper 1
  Lemon juice 1
  Hard boiled eggs 4 , chopped
  Stuffed olives 8 Ounce, sliced (1 Small Bottle)
Directions

Cook meat until tender, using most of the water in the cooking.
Cool.
Add peas, celery, pimento, green pepper, parsley and onion; mix together.
Sprinkle lemon juice over all; add desired amount of salad dressing.
Mix well by tossing.' Add chopped egg and olive slices.
Garnish with parsley or egg slices.
