|Veal||1 Pound, cubed|
|Pork||1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Peas||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped pimento||1⁄3 Can (3.33 oz)|
|Hard boiled eggs||4 , chopped|
|Stuffed olives||8 Ounce, sliced (1 Small Bottle)|
Cook meat until tender, using most of the water in the cooking.
Add peas, celery, pimento, green pepper, parsley and onion; mix together.
Sprinkle lemon juice over all; add desired amount of salad dressing.
Mix well by tossing.' Add chopped egg and olive slices.
Garnish with parsley or egg slices.
