Cinnamon Apple Salad
|Red cinnamon candies||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apples||6 , peeled and cored|
|Cottage cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Heat cinnamon candies and sugar in water until melted.
Add apples; cook slowly until tender, turning frequently.
Fill with mixture of cottage cheese, raisins and a small amount of lemon juice.
