Spicy Potato Salad
|Cooked diced potatoes||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced sweet pickles||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pimento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine potatoes, eggs, green pepper, cel ery, pickles and pimento.
Blend all remaining ingredients; add to potato mixture.
May be served hot or cold.
