Crunchy Chicken Salad is a chill and serve version and the crunchy bite is promised by cashew nuts. This is chill and serve version of Crunchy Chicken Salad and make sure that you add the nuts just before serving. Why donâ€™t you give this Crunchy Chicken Salad a try!
|Cooked chicken||4 Cup (64 tbs), diced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Ripe olives||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Cashew nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine chicken, celery, green pepper, olives and seasonings; toss with lemon juice.
Refrigerate until 20 minutes before serving time.
Add enough salad dressing to moisten and hold mixture together.
Add cashew nuts just before serving.
