Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Celery seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cubed cooked potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 5 , diced
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Radicchio leaves/Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients, mix well.
Combine potatoes, eggs, onion, and mayonnaise mixture, toss gently.
Chill.
Garnish with radicchio or lettuce leaves, if desired.
