Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 , torn into small pieces
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Mayonnaise To Taste
  Bacon slices 4 , fried and crumbled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine lettuce, onion, eggs, salt and pepper with mayonnaise.
Top with bacon.
Serve im mediately.
