Bing Cherry Salad

Bing Cherry Salad is a chill and serve salad and makes the right pick for any party menu. Check out the recipe of the yummy Bing Cherry Salad.
  Canned crushed pineapple 30 Ounce
  Canned bing cherries 30 Ounce
  Black cherry gelatin/Cherry gelatin 3 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (At Room Temperature)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Broken nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken

Drain pineapple and cherries, reserving 3 cups of combined juices.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill one half of gelatin mix ture until partially set.
Fold in pineapple.
Spread evenly in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan; chill until firm.
Whip cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and salt together until light and fluffy; spread evenly over firm gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Chill remaining gelatin until partially set.
Fold in cherries and nuts; spread over cheese layer.
Chill until firm.

This recipe has some errors. First it says to reserve 3 cups of combined juices. Ingredients calls for 2 1/3 cups boiling water. Ingredients also lists 1/3 c. lemon juice but no where in the directions does it say to add it.
