Flaming Christmas Candle Salad
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Pineapple juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Canned sliced pineapple||8 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Lemon flavoring||1 Tablespoon|
Soften cream cheese at room temperature; whip until fluffy.
Gradually add pineapple juice, continuing to beat until well blended.
Cut ends from bananas so that bananas will be straight.
Arrange lettuce leaves on four salad plates; place 1 slice pineapple on each lettuce leaf.
Stand bananas in center of pine apple rings using cream cheese as support.
Top bananas with 1 teaspoon cream cheese.
Dip sugar cube into lemon flavoring; place on top cream cheese.
Light sugar cube; serve flaming.
NOTE: Cherries may be substituted for flaming sugar cubes.
