Turkey Tomato Salad
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Diced cooked turkey/Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
|Tomatoes||8 Large, chilled|
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings; mix well.
Combine turkey or chicken, celery, eggs and almonds; add dressing.
Mix lightly to coat ingredients well.
Chill for several hours before serving.
Cut tomatoes into sixths three fourths of the way through.
Fill with salad mixture.
