|Frozen king crab meat||6 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bottled italian dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Liquid red pepper seasoning||4 Dash|
Cut crabmeat into medium size chunks, carefully removing any bony tissue; combine with celery in a small bowl.
Sprinkle with salad dressing and pepper seasoning; toss to mix well.
Serve in small scallop shell shape dishes or salad plates; garnish with parsley and a lemon wedge.
Note Double this recipe for a main dish salad to be served in lettuce cups.
