Best Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 6 , chopped
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Boiled potatoes 6 Medium, diced
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , diced
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Fry bacon.
Mix sugar, beaten egg, flour, mustard, vinegar, water, salt and pepper.
Add to bacon and drippings.
Boil until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Add dressing.
Serve cold.
Gar nish with parsley sprigs.
