Lemon Red Hot Salad

Gelatin play the lead in the Lemon Red Hot Salad. This chill and serve salad is pretty easy to prepare and can be experiments by adding nuts of fruits of your choice. Check out the recipe of Lemon Red Hot Salad.
  Cinnamon candies 18 Ounce (2 Packages, Red Hot)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Applesauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Dissolve candies in boiling water; pour over gelatin.
Add applesauce and salt.
Pour one half of mixture into mold; chill until firm.
Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise; add nuts.
Spread mixture on firm gelatin; chill.
Cover with remaining gelatin; chill until firm.
