Salad Horiatika

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Cucumbers 2 Medium
  Sweet onion 1 Small
  Iceberg lettuce head/Endive / chicory 1⁄2
  Mediterranean style olives 1 Dozen
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crumbled dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce
  Capers 1 Tablespoon (Big Size)
Directions

Core tomatoes and cut into wedges.
Peel and halve the cucumber lengthwise, then slice.
Peel and slice the onion thinly.
Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces.
Place them in a salad bowl along with the olives.
Mix together the oil, vinegar, salt, oregano, and pepper.
Pour over the salad and toss.
Dice or crumble the cheese and scatter cheese and capers over the salad.
Contains 275 calories per serving.
