Molded Avocado Salad

Molded Avocado Salad is a simply delicious side dish recipe. Try this amazingly tempting salad recipe; I am sure you will get a lot of compliments for this.
Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Large (Or 2 Medium Size)
  Lime jello 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Dissolve jello in water.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Chill jello, salt and lemon juice until syrupy.
Add mayonnaise, mashed avocado & whip until smooth.
Add celery and nuts.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into a 1quart mold and refrigerate until firm.
Serve with grapefruit sections
