Fruit Salad With Marsala

Fruit salad with marsala is a fresh and flavorful dessert prepared with marsala dessert wine. Tossed with assorted fruit sof choice, the fruit salad is served chilled and is dressed with a little apricot jam along with marsala wine.
Ingredients
  Apricot jam 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 Ml)
  Marsala/Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 Ml)
  Pears 2 , cored and cut into wedges
  Apples 2 , cored and cut into wedges
  Oranges 2 , peeled and segmented
  Grapefruit 2 , peeled and segmented
  Melon 1 Small, seeded and cut in small wedges or balls
  Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Ml)
Directions

In large bowl, whisk jam with Marsala until smooth.
Add pears, apples, oranges, grapefruit, melon and grapes, along with any juices collected from cutting fruit.
Combine gently but well.
Serve chilled.
