Broccoli Salad Mold

Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli 3
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Beef consomm 1 Can (10 oz)
  Hard cooked eggs 6 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Cook broccoli for 3 to 5 minutes.
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold consomme.
Heat re maining consomme to a boil; add gelatin and seasonings.
Cool; add remaining ingredients.
Grease mold with mayonnaise; fill with salad mixture.
Chill.
