Cheesy Apple Salad

|Apples||3 Medium, unpeeled and cut into thin wedges|
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||8 Ounce, cubed (1 Package)|
|Slivered almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), toasted|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl, set aside.
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, mix well.
Pour over apple mixture, toss gently to mix.
Chill 1 to 2 hours, serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
