|Green onions||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
Cook beans in boiling water 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, drain.
Combine beans, onions, and green pepper in a medium bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar, cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour over bean mixture, cover and marinate for several hours before serving.
