Overnight Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shrimp/Tuna 2 Can (20 oz)
  Chopped pimento/Tuna 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Mix gelatin, water and salt; cool until it begins to thicken.
Add mayonnaise, whipped cream, pepper, eggs, celery, shrimp or tuna and pimento.
Mix cheese until creamy; fold into mixture.
Pour into 10 inch ring mold; chill overnight.
Serve in nest of endive with tomato, cucumber slices and radish roses for garnish.
