Curried Broccoli Salad
|Broccoli||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
Remove tough ends of lower stalks, and wash broccoli thoroughly, cut flowerets and stems into bite-size pieces.
Steam broccoli 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; cool.
Place in a serving dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour over broccoli, toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
