Ingredients
  Tart apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), unpared and diced
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broken walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bleu cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Combine apples, celery and walnuts.
Mix remaining ingredients; add to first mixture.
Toss; chill.
