The flavors of rice, eggs and pimento blend to make this Rice Salad taste just yum. Be advised that pickles and salad dressing play a part in making the salad taste yummier. Give this Rice Salad a try.
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , chopped|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped sweet pickles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned pimento||7 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)|
|Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cool; sprinkle with paprika.
Add eggs, celery, pickles, onion, pepper, pimento and salad dressing.
Toss lightly to mix.
Salt to taste.
