Ingredients
  Canned red salmon 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Chopped pimento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Small Sized)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients; chill.
Serve on crisp lettuce with peach half.
May be garnished with stuffed olive.
