Main Dish Salad packs in the flavors of cabbage, carrots, pinto beans and luncheon meat. This is a chill and serve version of salad and wont eat up much of your time for the preparation part. Give this Main Dish Salad a try.
|Chopped cabbage||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Carrots||4 Large, chopped|
|Cooked pinto beans||3 Cup (48 tbs), drained|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Luncheon meat||1 Can (10 oz), chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
Combine cabbage, carrots, beans, eggs, meat and onion.
Blend mustard, mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well.
Chill for several hours before serving.
