Main Dish Salad With Vegetables And Meat

Main Dish Salad packs in the flavors of cabbage, carrots, pinto beans and luncheon meat. This is a chill and serve version of salad and wont eat up much of your time for the preparation part. Give this Main Dish Salad a try.
Ingredients
  Chopped cabbage 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Carrots 4 Large, chopped
  Cooked pinto beans 3 Cup (48 tbs), drained
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Luncheon meat 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine cabbage, carrots, beans, eggs, meat and onion.
Blend mustard, mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well.
Chill for several hours before serving.
