Summer Berry Salad
|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), cleaned and cut in halves|
|Raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned|
|Blueberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peach||1 , peeled, pitted and sliced|
|Non-fat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
In a large salad bowl, combine the fruit.
Mix together the sour cream, sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl and drizzle over the fruit.
Toss lightly and serve at once.
