Herbed Orange & Cauliflower Salad
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), squeezed|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried marjoram leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Oranges||3 , peeled and cut in half cartwheels|
|Raw cauliflowerettes||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
|Green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Salad greens||8 Cup (128 tbs), torn (Spinach Romaine)|
Combine salad oil, lemon peel and juice, sugar, seasoned salt, marjoram and oregano in large bowl.
Add oranges, cauliflower and onions.
Marinate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve, add salad greens and toss well.
