Jellied Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken consomm 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen broccoli 20 Ounce, cooked and chopped (Two 10 Ounce Box)
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , grated
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 2 , juiced
  Cayenne 1
Directions

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Heat consomme to boiling; add gelatin, stirring to dissolve.
Add mayonnaise; whip.
Add remaining ingredi ents.
Chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
