Carrot Molded Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 2 , juiced
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), hulled
  Hot sweet cider 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in lemon juice.
Dissolve in hot cider and cool mixture to lukewarm.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mold and chill.
Unmold on salad greens.
