Herring Salad (Germany)

Ingredients
  Herring fillet 12 Ounce
  Potatoes 1 Pound, cooked
  Apples 2
  Dill pickle 1
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, diced
Directions

Dice herring fillets, potatoes, apples and dill pickle; place in dish.
Beat oil, vinegar, salt, and mustard until mixture thickens; add onion and pour over herring mixture.
Mixwell.
Let stand for several hours before serving.
