Easy Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Pound
  Sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the spinach in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Drain well and cool.
Lightly brown the sesame seeds in a skillet.
Mix with the soy sauce and oil.
Pour over the spinach.
Toss until blended.
