Lemony Apple-Bran Salad

Ingredients
  Apple 2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled and cubed
  Seedless green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Shreds of wheat bran cereal 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine apple cubes, grape halves, celery, chopped parsley, and yogurt in a medium mixing bowl, stir well.
Cover mixture, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
Place a lettuce leaf on each of 6 individual serving dishes, top with fruit mixture.
Sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon wheat bran cereal.
