Lemony Apple-Bran Salad
|Apple||2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled and cubed|
|Seedless green grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon low fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shreds of wheat bran cereal||6 Tablespoon|
Combine apple cubes, grape halves, celery, chopped parsley, and yogurt in a medium mixing bowl, stir well.
Cover mixture, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
Place a lettuce leaf on each of 6 individual serving dishes, top with fruit mixture.
Sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon wheat bran cereal.
