Ingredients
  Gelatin 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Package)
  Canned crushed pineapple 29 Ounce (One #2.5 Can)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream/1 package. dream whip 1⁄2 Pint
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water for 10 minutes.
Heat pineapple and lemon juice; add gelatin to hot mixture; cool.
When above is set, add cheddar cheese and cream (whipped).
Turn into mold.
Dressing: Mix all ingredients together; chill.
