Crab Meat Barbecue Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin packet 1
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Canned crab meat 6 1⁄2 Ounce
  Finely diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
When partially set, add crab meat and celery.
Congeal.
Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
