Tex-Mex Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Linguine 10 Ounce, cooked al dente and well drained in a colander
  Dried cilantro 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned green chilies 4 Ounce, drained
Directions

1. Combine tomato juice, cider vinegar, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, chiles, and scallions.
2. Toss dressing with cooked linguine.
3. Top with tomatoes and green peppers.
