Fruit Of The Season Salad With Honey Cardamom Sauce

Ingredients
  Oranges 2
  Bananas 2
  Cantaloupe 1
  Kiwifruit 3
  Seedless green grapes 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Plain yogurt 125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)
  Honey 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lime juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Rose water 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Cardamom 1 Pinch
Directions

Peel and section oranges.
Peel and thinly slice bananas.
Scoop cantaloupe into balls.
Peel and thinly slice kiwifruit.
In large glass bowl, combine oranges, bananas, cantaloupe, kiwifruit and grapes; set aside.
Honey Cardamom Sauce: Combine yogurt, honey, lime juice, rosewater (if using) and cardamom; drizzle over salad.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
