Green Gelatin Salad

Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dessert topping mix 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Combine gelatin, water and juice.
Boil for 5 minutes; cool.
Add pineapple, cheese and marshmallows.
Allow mixture to thicken slightly.
Fold in topping mix.
Chill.
