Tomato-Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, quartered
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Mint leaves 1 Teaspoon, dried
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Combine tomatoes and onion.
2. Combine yogurt, cayenne, cumin, mint, and black pepper.
3. Gently toss tomatoes and onions with dressing.
