Papaya And Crab Salad

Ingredients
  Green papaya 2
  Dungeness/King crab meat / small cooked shrimp / lobster 1 Pound
  Cherry tomatoes 100 Gram
  Half and half 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Sour)
  Yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Peel, halve, and scoop out seeds of the papaya.
Arrange on greens and fill the center shells with sea food.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
For dressing, blend together the half and half, yogurt, chili sauce, lime juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
Pass to spoon over salad.
Contains about 175 calories per serving.
