Papaya and Crab Salad
|Dungeness/King crab meat / small cooked shrimp / lobster||1 Pound|
|Cherry tomatoes||100 Gram|
|Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Sour)|
|Yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon|
Peel, halve, and scoop out seeds of the papaya.
Arrange on greens and fill the center shells with sea food.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
For dressing, blend together the half and half, yogurt, chili sauce, lime juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
Pass to spoon over salad.
