Gelatin Ribbon Salad
|Cherry gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Small cottage cheese curd||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve 1 package cherry gelatin according to package directions; let set.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in pineapple juice; let set until syrupy.
Add cottage cheese and whipped cream.
Pour lemon mixture over cherry gelatin.
Let set until firm.
Dissolve re maining cherry gelatin according to package directions; pour over lemon cherry layer.
