Jellied Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried onion flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring tomatoes to a boil; break larger pieces while heating.
Add gelatin and seasonings, stirring constantly.
Pour into large mold or six individual molds.
Chill until firm; unmold.
Serve on salad greens; garnish with mayon naise.
