Hot Spinach Salad (Insalata Di Spinaci)
|Spinach||500 Gram (1 Pound)|
|Olive oil||125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Lemon||1 , rind grated|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
Wash the spinach very well, remove the white stalks, drain and thoroughly dry.
Heat together the oil, lemon juice, grated rind and garlic in a saucepan.
Put the spinach in a large salad bowl.
Pour the heated sauce over it and toss gently but thoroughly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with croutons.
