  Sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apples 3 , grated (With Skins)
  Bananas 3 , sliced
  Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs), hulled
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients together.
