Autumn Molded Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Apple 1 , cored and quartered (Along With Skin)
  Sweet cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , quartered and pitted (Along With Peel)
  Mace 1 Pinch, ground
  Mint sprig 1
  Raw cranberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cider.
Heat remaining cider and in it dissolve gelatin mixture.
Cool to lukewarm.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Turn into mold or small molds.
Chill until firm and unmold.
