Autumn Molded Salad
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Apple||1 , cored and quartered (Along With Skin)|
|Sweet cider||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , quartered and pitted (Along With Peel)|
|Mace||1 Pinch, ground|
|Raw cranberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cider.
Heat remaining cider and in it dissolve gelatin mixture.
Cool to lukewarm.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Turn into mold or small molds.
Chill until firm and unmold.
