|Instant rice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked diced ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Prepare rice as directed on package.
Blend mustard, water, sugar and vinegar; gradually beat in oil.
Stir lightly into warm rice; cool.
Add green pepper, ham and peas.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with greens.
