Heavenly Salad is truly heavenly. A mix of pineapple, pears and whipped cream, this heavenly salad makes the right pick for any occasion. Check out the recipe of this yummy Heavenly Salad.
|Crushed pineapple||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , grated rind and juiced|
|Diced pears||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|White grapes||1 Pound, halved|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Pound|
|Whipped heavy cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup liquid.
Combine egg yolks, lemon juice and rind, sugar and pineapple juice.
Cook in double boiler until thickened; cool.
Pour dressing over fruits and marshmallows; refrigerate overnight.
Fold in whipped cream
