Under The Sea Salad

Under the sea salad - I was initially doubtful about this recipe but the flavor of it proved that I am wrong. This yummy blend of cream cheese and fruits is just one of its kind. Check out the recipe of the under the sea salad.
Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pear juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Diced pears 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add pear juice, salt and vinegar.
Pour 1/2 inch layer in loaf pan; chill until firm.
Chill remaining gelatin until syrupy; beat until fluffy.
Cream the cheese with ginger; beat into gelatin.
Fold in pears; pour over first layer of gelatin.
Chill until firm
