This meal in one sald recipe is a macaroni and veggie salad recipe tossed with cooked chicken. Combined together with mayonnaise, the meal in one salad can be made heavier with added cooked shrimps or crab meat. Served on lettuce leaves, it makes a quick, filling and healthy lunch.
|Elbow macaroni||8 Ounce, cooked|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||10 Ounce, cooked|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced chicken/Shrimp / crab meat||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), diced|
Mix macaroni, vegetables, celery, chicken, seasoning and mayonnaise.
Serve on bed of lettuce leaves and top with sliced olives, if desired.
