Tasty Lobster Salad
|Chicken breast||1 , cooked|
|Lobster meat||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and diced|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||3|
|Finely chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut chicken into strips.
Marinate lobster and chicken in a little French dressing with chopped egg whites and celery for 1 hour.
Mash or sieve egg yolks; blend with mayonnaise, chili sauce, chives and salt.
Fold in whipped cream.
Mix chicken, lobster and dressing.
Serve on lettuce.
