|Green beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 2-inch pieces|
|Cooked corn kernals||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, seeded and finely chopped|
|Nonfat mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Combine green beans and corn.
2. Beat together the chopped tomatoes, mayonnaise, yogurt, and white pepper.
3. Combine the green beans and corn with the tomato dressing.
