Ingredients
  Asparagus spears 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Avocado 1
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil/Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced shallots 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped capers 2 Teaspoon
  Crumbled cooked bacon slice 2
Directions

Cook asparagus in boiling salted water until crisp tender; cool and chill.
Arrange greens on a serving platter and top with bundles of asparagus.
Peel and slice avocado very thinly and arrange on top.
Mix together the lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt, mustard, shallots, and capers.
Spoon over salad and sprinkle with bacon.
Contains about 150 calories per serving.
